- After intervention of Union leaders, a minor change was made in the loan for two wheelers. The leaders insisted to use word ‘cost of two wheelers’. There by only in our bank, full cost of two wheeler load is paid to staff.
- Another feather was added by visionary leadership. Additional retirement benefit after completion of 30 years of service at the time of retirement, additional 6 months’ salary given to employee. This is again only happens in our bank. The same was followed by other unions.
- ONE OF THE UNIONS OBJECTED FOR THIS BENEFIT TO OUR EMPLOYEES, BUT DUE TO THE FORESIGHT OF OUR STRONG ALL INDIA LEADERSHIP THEY FAIL IN DISCONTINUING THIS ARB BENEFIT IN OUR BANK.
- Canteen subsidy we have demanded first in banking industry and rest all banks followed.
- COMPUTER SETTLEMENT FIRST WE HAVE SIGNED IN BANKING INDUSTRY. SOME OF SO CALLED LEADERS OPPOSE THIS SETTLEMENT AND REFUSE TO ACCEPT INCREMENTS AT THAT TIME AND AFTERWRDS ACCEPTED SAME AS PER OUR UNIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- DEPLOYMENT SETTLEMENTS FIRST OUR UNION SIGNED WITH OUR BANK AND THEIR AFTER ACCEPTED IN SAME TERMS AND CONDITION IN BPS. AND IMPLEMENTED ACROSS OTHER BAKS.
TRI PARTY SETTLEMENT ON REGULARISATION OF DAILY WAGES IN THE YEAR 2008 BETWEEN

The settlement was made to “REGULARISE DAILY WAGERS WHO COMPLETED 90 DAYS IN A YEAR” thereby ABSORBED MORE THAN THOUANDS OF PEONS CUM SWEEPERS IN OUR BANK. WE ARE PROUD THAT WE ARE FIRST IN BANKING INDUSTRY AS WE HAVE RECRUITED SUCH TYPE OF DAILY WAGERS FROM 1990 ONWARDS.
WE ARE THE ONLY NON POLITICAL TRADE UNION, EVENTHOUGH ENJOYING BEST COORDIAL RELATION WITH BANK MANAGEMENT AND SETTLED OUR ALL DEMAND WITHOUT SUPPORT OF OUTSIDERS INTERVENTION. CREDIT GOES TO OUR ALL INDIA LEADERSHIP.
